The Babylonians have learned to build stone springs in the city to store drinking water. The earliest ones that have been discovered about the remains and artifacts of the fountains were left by the Sumerians 4,000 years ago. It was discovered in the ancient Sumerian city, now in the Lagos region of Iraq, a stone spring pool with a delicate pattern.
